Medical 'Not Passed' since last 3 months

Hi,

My Medical status has not changed since submission.

Even though Background Check has changed from NA1 - IP1 - NA2.

Can it be a system error?

I mailed them on the official id 12 days ago but didn't receive any reply.

Any guidance will be helpful

Did you pass your medical, e.g. they didn't ask for any additional test? my partner had additional test and the process continues but medical is still at being reviewed for me

No, our medicals were perfect and no additional tests were required.

Hi, sometimes they do your IP1 first before medicals, it has happened before with some people , so no need to panic.

Mihir, it is IP2 now but Medical still not passed.

Given that there is no medical issues, this generally happens if your hospital/lab has submitted your results late to CIC... say a month or two after your medicals. You need to bug your hospital and get the submission date from them.

GCMS notes have come. Apparently, my wife's medicals is still 'in review'. The status is 'received in e-med'. Mine and my son's medicals, eligibility and security are passed but hers is still stuck in medicals. I re-checked with the lab and everything was sent on time and her reports have everything 'negative'.

Did you inquire with the Hospital Lab as to why your Wife's report was Negative?? Had your wife had a condition before or is she on medication??

If your wife is well and fine, then you need to get to the bottom of the issue as to why would a Lab sent out an incorrect report.

Add your timeline on your signature so that people can help you with your queries. Saying that reports were submitted close to your AOR date without giving any hints regarding your AOR date is not going to prompt an answer from anybody. Good luck.

Hi Rajor, by 'negative' I meant, everything was good. For example, HIV negative etc.

So, her medical tests were fine and hospital is sure they sent it together with the other members of family.

But it has been close to 6 months with no update in the medical status.

If you choose to believe immitracker, people who submitted application around 18. 19 and 20th July are getting MEP status now.
