Curious if anyone has any lived experience regarding medical leave and a PNP nomination? I have a BCPNP nomination and applied for a Non Express Entry PNP PR stream in December, 25. Has anyone taken a 3-4 month, paid, medical leave while their PR is processing? Did it affect your nomination? I understand the need to have everything documented, approved and communicated with BCPNP as well as continuing employment with my PNP sponsor. Any guidance is appreciated

I went on a vacation to my home country for almost 6 weeks then my return flight got delayed due to USA Iran issue and my leave extended to 4 months approximately. What should I do now?

You need to inform the province and IRCC.

Yes this could be an issue dependent on PR application requirements. Not informing the province also would be an issue depending on the requirements of your application.
