Visiting is a totally different process than PR. If you pass the medical, then you are fine. It is not a reason for being in admissible but you need to pass the medical.

So if invited/nominated for PR, you must take a medical by an approved panel physician. You must pass the medical. All the information is on the Express Entry website. Read through documentation required and check if you are eligible.

To visit, you most likely don’t need an exam because you are visiting.
