Medical issue for Student visa

Will hypertension (160/100) due to tension and anxiety at the age of 23 lead to visa refusal.
During medicals, further test like serum creatinine and ecg were done and results were normal...

chances of visa refusal based on that is very minimal.however, for your own good,you should check your pressure in 3 further times to ascertain whether you have high BP

Also you should be covered with insurance for your medical expenses, if any.

I dont know what happened during the medicals.
Now my bp is only abt 120-130/85-90 range.

Will they approve my medical bcoz my ecg and serum creatinine are perfectly normal

Yes. They will assume you have white coat syndrome

Will it cause any problems to my visa??
What are the chances to get visa??
My hospital told the medicals was sent to cic and its fine.
Will cic inform if any problem is there, eventhough it is an upfront examination.Or they tell there medical decision only after filing visa

How you know your creatinine was normal ?

My BP was high during medical as I hadn't slept well and was tensed. I passed medical and got OPR. Relax you'll be fine.
