Medical is going to Expire PMM/Leon

My medical is going to expire this month but i haven't heard anything from CIC . Should i wait or send an email regarding this.Senior members PMM / Leon please advise.

A little more information would be nice for anyone to answer that for you. Is your application inland or outland? If outland, which VO? Are you past Stage 1? When did you originally file your application?

If you haven't heard anything at ALL with only one month left, you probably should expect to have to do a "remed".

I appreciate your quick repsonse. Mine is outland application at New delhi, India. I already passed stage 1.I had my fingerprints taken for background checks 5 months back. after that I haven't heard anything.

You should wait to hear from CIC. They will either ask you to re-do your medical, or in some cases (if they have a decision and are ready to issue your COPR) they might extend the first medical. It can be extended, without your involvement, they won't even notify you (the IO will request it to the CIC Health Branch).

Thanks for your reply ... This is my second medical which is going to expire. First medical i sent with application when i applied.
