Good day,

Do we need to show medical insurance as a visitor upon entry to Canada or we can enter Canada and then make the insurance here?

Thank you

There is no requirement to have insurance. You can visit without it.

That being said, it's very important to have insurance because Canadian healthcare is very expensive with no insurance.

You can get it after you enter the country, but it is usually much cheaper to buy it in your home country before you travel. Many local insurance companies will have international travel options that are typically quite cheap. Look at your options and decide.

Do I need medical insurance during the flight if I don't feel fine during the flight to get some help?

You don't need medical insurance to get help. You need medical insurance to help you pay for any help you may receive.

If you fall ill on the flight, it's not like they are going to ask you for proof of insurance and kick you out of the plane if you can't show it.

Why don't you just buy some insurance from a provider in your home country instead of coming up with complicated scenarios? It's always a good idea to have insurance.

It's better to buy insurance before you start your journey so that you are covered through out your journey. If you buy after landing, there will be a waiting period involved.
