I have mild chrons Disease (I take medicine once in two months), possibly can't be found through blood tests or urine test or body check (all tests show i'm normal). Should i still disclose it? what happens if i don't disclose will it be an issue for me in future? Can anyone help me I'm confused?

During your Medical Exam, the Panel Physician will ask you if you are currently taking medication for any illnesses. You should answer with "Yes", and explain your situation to him so he can note it down.

Not disclosing it can seriously jeopardize your application if they do find out, since it's a case of misrepresentation.

If you only need medication once every 2 months, and are otherwise healthy (i.e. no burden on social security) having mild Chron's Disease will not be an issue.
