Medical fitness for Physically Challenged Persons

Hi,
applied through CEC class for PR. Application received in July 2014,received file No. in Oct.2014. My only son is a Physically Challenged boy now 20ys, Passed his 10+2 [CP with Locomotor disability 70%]. Will there be any problem for his medical fitness examination during PR status process?. Please, advise me.

1. Yes, quite possibly that his disability may be considered as "excess demand" depending on the severity and the help that he requires in his daily life.
