medical expires

hi all, i've done medical exam on 26-10-2013. But as I was pregnant by that time, I did the xray on 18-3-2014.
So which date should I consider as the expiry date of the medical exam? This should be 18-3-2015 , right ?

I would think that since the majority of the exam was completed 26-10-2013, then that would be the start of the one year, unless the doctor completed a full exam during the time of the x-ray?

We are nearing the one year date of our medical. Since we haven't heard from Hong Kong office, and our status remains as 'application received',
it looks like we will be re-doing our medical in October.
