I am trying to get appointment for medical examination in London. But fee seems to be very high (£275-290). Does anyone know some cheap option.

I did for £290 from Knightsbridge doctors. Tried at other places and they were even more expensive.

This is the normal price range in the U.K. You are unlikely to find a cheaper alternative.
