As everyone know, CEC is on hold since September 14 . I have been holding on to my long pending vacation to India waiting for a CEC draw. I have now decided to go for a 2 month vacation to India. The question is , incase a CEC draw happens when I am on vacation and I get my ITA , can I produce Medical Examination Certification from India ?
