Medical Exam

I recieved ITA RECENTLY. I am currently residing in Saudi and I mentioned that in my application. However I am in my home country to collect necessary documents for application. Can I get the medical exam done here or should I do it from country of residence (Saudi)?
Does anyone have experience doing medical from country other than country of residence ?

You can do it any country you want from an approved physician.
