Hello,

I am waiting for ITA....

Can Medicals be done upfront? or after submitting the application for PR then CIC will ask for Medicals??

In EE medicals have to be done upfront because CIC does not send you any request for them. But it is strongly recommended that you wait for your ITA to take the medicals.

Medicals have to be done before submitting your PR application. You will have to upload proof in your eAPR.
I suggest waiting until you get an ITA to do you medicals unless your score is really high and you want to save yourself a few days.
It depends where you are back I know some people get medical appointment for next day or within a week.
Medical exam expires in 1 year.

it can be done upfront, however I believe it has to have been done within a certain timeframe within submitting your application so depending on how many points you have and how confident you are you will receive an ITA soon should factor in on whether you do a medical upfront.

I am confident to get an ITA in next draw.... I am close to 1000 CRS

If you are confident, then book an appointment with the physician for next after the ITA, so your medicals will be ready by the time you gather all your documents and are ready to apply for eAPR.
