Medical Exam - what is checked?

Is there a list of what is checked for the EE medical exam? So far I haven't found anything specific. While I have no known chronic conditions, I would rather have my PCP run similar tests (knowing that Canada doesn't take this) just to check everything before I get an ITA and find out I can't for some reason.

If there are no any other conditions/history, then it includes:

general check up with physician (conversation with doctor about health, then vision, hearing, abdominal palpation, heart rate, pulse, height and weight measurements),
standard urine test (for blood/protein/sugar etc),
HIV, Hep C and syphilis blood test,
chest X-ray.

All can be done in one day and is pretty simple,

yes same test they did for me ...eye, ear,abdomen, blood, urine, x-ray etc...Nothing major
