Sorry guys, I searched for this before posting but didn't see anything.
We are a few weeks from submitting our spousal application, just now trying to set up an appointment with one of the approved doctors in Hong Kong, before we send the application in.
My wife has talked to the offices of two of the approved doctors, both have asked her to bring in her passport and a photo ID, which is no problem, however, both offices are telling her she needs to go to the Canadian Embassy to pick up a "form for applying for visa" before they will do the medical.
Does anyone know what they are talking about? Does my wife need to go to the Canadian Embassy first for some forms?
Thanks!
