Medical Exam Requested But No Request Letter Present in IRCC Account

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone else has encountered similar issues during their application process after the application is linked to their IRCC account. Very recently, my status under "Review of medical results" changed to "we requested a medical exam", but I can't find a request letter below which lists the details and deadline for submitting the medical proof/results.

Has anyone encountered anything similar? When should I expect a request letter for medical to be issued to/appear in my account?
