Dear Friends,

Need urgent inputs. I have got an ITA on Sep 2018 and also have a dependent spouse and a child on my application.

Can you please let me know the process for Medical exam?

Do I need to get the medical exam done upfront before submitting my eAPR?

When should spouse and child get their medical exam done?

Thanks

Yes, you & all the dependents need to get the medical exam done upfront. Check below link for panel physician in your country/area.

I was just reading through the Canada website for the list of documents. And they have mentioned that dependent spouse and children need to get the medical exam only after getting further instructions from IRCC. But however, the principal applicant can do an upfront medical exam.

Is the above accurate?

Below is the URL

Request you to please guide me.

I believe you're referring to below. This is applicable only when you sponsor your spouse, partner or child. In your case, they are dependent in your application. You have to be very patient while reading through these details on govt. websites.
