I have tried searching for an accurate answer to this but a lot of the threads are old so I want to make sure I have the correct information. We are almost ready to submit the application for a spouse visa for my husband. I had thought that you wait until you get notice that you need to complete a medical AFTER you submit the application, but I have read that for outland you need it before? I can find nothing about this on the canada website but want to make sure before we submit our application next week!
