We need to put an end for the that big issue.
a lot of people are not sure yet about the correct medical check type for each case
beside we heared a huge number of people got rejected because of wrong medical type or it was assessed for temporary worker not PR.
Even i sent an email to CIC, they replied to me with that page only:

So we need to collect feedback,experience & facts from each one of you to complete the following:
(EDE or nonEDE) & type (worker, family or visit)
for Main applicant,spouse and kids.
for all categories:
1- FSW
2- CEC
3-FST
4-PNP
