Medical Exam Exemption

It seems my wife qualifies for this temporary exemption.

But IIRC isn't acknowleging it in our Express Entry application. We sent them an inquiry but just got back a form reply.

My question is, how possible it is to reach the agent who sent the reply? And how, if so?

There is a name of the Agent on the reply.
