Is it a good idea to get a medical exam before receiving an ITA? My CRS score is 475 and I believe I have some chances of receiving an ITA (even though they are small). I know that I should wait ... However, my current visa expires on 31st of December, and as far as I know it is hard to make an appointment with doctors and the results aren't easily available. I would highly appreciate if someone could advise me on that.
