Medical exam after ITA

Do meds at the last point when you are about to do submission of app, gets you longer landing time.

A quick question, I took medical test for myself and my dependents during Nov-2016 for Work Permit . Looks those medical results are no longer valid as it is more than 12 months old. I will be applying for OINP during Apr-2018. Does that require Medical Test. I thought I should do the medical test after getting the Nomination+ITA. Correct me if I am wrong
