plz help me

Hello All,

My US business has been rejected twice, I have mentioned this in the form, But in the form i have mentioned it was in Nov-2011 and Feb-2012, But now i have realised that i have mentioned the wrong dates , I was rejected twice in feb-2012, Will this leads to Misrepresentation. VO of US consulate have returned my passport, there is not rejection stamp on my passport, Will this is any issue ,

I have even complete medicals on Aug-10, Problem is that i actually don`t remember the exact month and year (may be in end 2012 or start of 2013) when i was rejected, Even i contacted my previous organization they told they are not maintain any records for rejections.

Dear,

VO asks for the copy of rejection/refusal letter. The letter gives the reason for refusal (that's what the VO wants - REASON).
If you don't have the letters and don't remember the dates, then they will find out, but it increase the processing time....
Try to remember !.
Write a letter in word file, explaining the circumstances, email it to the VO as an attachment.
Don't forget to mention the passport number. (refusal one).

Embassies don't endorse refusals/rejections in the passport.

Hi doc thanks for reply , however while medical was done the doctor has told us that he will send report digitally to warsaw and we will get reply directly but till date no reply yet. i had send copy of medical receipt and pcc to warsaw after medical was done and written email too.
still no reply

In my case i went back after 5 days to know the exact date it was sent !.
Although they told me it will be sent in 2-3 days.

Hi just a quick question please,


Me and my husband did medicals on 5th october. my husbands blood pressure was high somwhere around 156/100 the doctor asked him to do additional test like stress test and ECG etc and see a Cardiologist. Now the problem is that the cardiologist which is referred by our GP has a waiting time of 3 weeks and our medical due date is before 23rd of October Will our Medical received line be updated before that or will have to wait a little longer due to extra tests

Dear prishad,
1. Did you request/inform about the due date to the person giving the cardiologist's appointment.
2. Did you come back to the Panel Physician afterwards, and inform him of the appointment date. (He does medicals everyday and knows how to & when to inform the VO & CIC Regional Medical, Ottawa).

If
1. You have done the above, then send a scanned copy of the appointment slip by email to the VO.
2. You have not done the above, then do so. And then send a scanned copy of the appointment slip by email to the VO.

Another thing. There is no more a TLU or a medicals received line in ECAS.

But this rejection was happened in old passport, before sending my application in nov-24-2014, I have filled the Application with new passport number. Initially i forgot to mention about this rejection, But when i got AOR from Warsaw that time i have send a mail apology for overlooking the
question 6 (E) below: Q-6. (E) in Schedule A- BackGround/Declaration Form. I have sent this mail on March-19-2015 and after that i got MR mail on May-9-2015, Warsaw VO requested us to postponed due to my wife pregnancy and we completed our medicals on Aug-10 and uploaded on 11-Aug. Now waiting for PPR eagerly by spending sleepless nights and spoiling my work culture by thinking about this process.... :-\ :-\
only thing i am doing now is praying to god ...

Send your VO a CSE to ask about your file; tell them the date you did your medicals. They should be able to send you a response about your file.

HI DOC , yes i did same with doctor and their office said same thing too. wait is too long and now baby is born i am just waiting for passport as of now then would contact warsaw again.

Earlier it was March now it's showing January
Not able to understand what's going on

Yep we also noticed that change in our dates where our visa office is CPC Ottawa.

Dear,
The average time span is 2-6 weeks, if all is OK.
Have you emailed the RPRF receipt to VO ?, and mentioned that medicals have been done.
Check in 3-4 days with the medical center for the results, and if the have entered it on the system.

I've not yet emailed them. My consultant said they would courier it to CVO.

Hi All,

My case is that I completed meds for myself and spouse on 11-May-2015 however furtherance email was received from Regional Medical Office, New Delhi for my spouse. We completed all furtherance tests (sputum and culture, repeat X-ray, pulmonologist consultation) successfully on 13-Aug-2015.

It's now been almost two months since Max hospital in New Delhi submitted our re-medical reports to the Canadian embassy, however I have not seen any progress in terms of ECAS update or PPR email.

Is there anyone from New Delhi, India in this forum who was asked for Furtherance sputum tests?
