Medical documents to file with PRTD?

I passed my H&C plea two weeks ago for my PRTD and I passed some medical documents. Problem is, doctor appointment slips aren't really a thing here and med prescriptions are taken by the pharmacists when you buy. The most I can get are medical certificates from my dad and my grandfather's doctors and a few records of hospitalization for my grandfather. Would that do?

You can always have a copy of record of your visits from Doctor's office on request. You can ask for your proscription back once they are scanned in pharmacist's computer or retain a photo copy.You can obtain copies of your lab reports on request and you already have receipts for the med's purchased. Enough documents to prove the pattern of your Medicaid record.
