Medical cost in US and coverage in insurance

Hi

I reside in US (Texas) and would like to know the cost of medical for canada PR?
Does the insurance cover it - I have United Healthcare plan.

Insurance will not cover this. For the costs, it varies from state to state and doctor to doctor. In MA, it cost me $800 for two adults ($400 x 2). You should expect to pay roughly that. To know for sure, call up your nearest CIC approved clinic and ask.

I paid $400 in MA too.. no insurance coverage.. but you can use hsa card if you have.
