Fixed appointment for Medical. Got this message (in blue text below) in appointment email. What does the immigration identification number mean, where do I get it from?

You must bring your passport, one passport photo, cash payment and any communications you have with the immigration service.

For Australian Immigration: You must also bring to the appointment your immigration identification number (HAP ID, HRI or TRN).

For Canadian Immigration: You must also bring to the appointment your immigration identification number (IME, UCI or UMI).
If you need up-front medical exam for Canadian Immigration, please email us prior to your visit with your last name, first name, gender, date of birth, place of birth, primary address, primary telephone number, email address, intended occupation and reason for travel (worker, family, visitor, or student), length of stay, passport number, passport issuing country, date of issue and date of expiry so we could enter those information ahead of time to facilitate your visit. We will provide you with the Information Sheet with UMI created at the end of the visit.

Tell the clinic you need upfront medical as you are an EE candidate. You will not need all those umi, ime, etc numbers

Thanks for the quick response, but I thought 'upfront medical' = medical before ITA, in my case I have received ITA. Is my understanding flawed? Can you please elaborate a little bit, thanks a lot for your kind help.

Upfront medical means that you did the medical on your own and CIC didn't send you a medical request.

ok thanks a lot. Do you mind PMing me your phone no.? I wont bother you much but have 1-2 doubts that I will ask about, at any preferable time of yours. Thanks.

After ITA, when CIC request Medical, what documents do we need?
Also, I talked to the clinic, and they use "eMedical" to submit results online. Does anyone have any experience with eMedical?

The clinic I used had emedical. This means you don't have to submit photos and the system will generate a UMI number after your medical

But do I need to bring them any documents (ITA) or Numbers (UCI)? Also after the examination, do they give me a paper with UMI number on it?

After that, do I need to enter anything to the online system? Upload anything or enter the UMI number, or is it automatic?

I just had to take my passport so that they could verify my identity
