Is a medical checkup made with a previous express entry profile valid with a news profile? The medical was made only two months ago but this is a new profile now.

Its valid if it was not rejected.

Yes,

Actually you can only have one valid medical attached with your UCI. So even if you want you cannot go for another medical until your current medical expires.
