Thank you all for your kind support ... we landed safely in Edmonton on August 9. I suggest all forum members to stop speculation of any kind. Sometime the suggestions give us unnecessary stress and frustration. We had errors in visa and COPR. The officers in immigration sections are very co-operative and they corrected it without any hesitation ...

Last week CHC NDVO has drawn my fee from Bank draft after about one month of sending the MR doc. it means CHC is working or just collect money and do nothing for the PR waiting persons. what does indicate about PAFSO strike?

I received my MR on July 22 and I complete it last week. Now I am in the stage of finalizing my documents. Regarding the RPRF fee, I have a little confusion.
1. Should we send the bank draft in CAD or in INR?
2. What is the complete details of the receiver?
3. I got a medical confirmation letter. Should I attach along with the rest of the document?

Please suggest me.

Congratulation for MR... You have to send bank draft.. if you send in INR you can save a few thousands.... The receiver name is "Receiver General for Canada" ..better go to the link provided in the email while sending MR and follow all checklist.. You need to send photocopy of passport signed by the panel physician ....

Today I heard that somebody who did medicals in April 2013 got passport back recently. I couldn't find out the exact source. Is it quite a rumour or true that people are getting their passports back? Has anybody any information on this?

Finally after three months of DECISION MADE, today I got the most awaited e-mail to go to VFS for the collection of passports.
Thanks god, they are workin on our files.
Lets hope and pray all the cases will be finallised very soon.
