Thanks for your kindness and sharing....
Finally I also received my PPs with Visa yesterday (3rd April). Thanks all and thanks GOD.
I surprised - decision was made on my case on 12 Feb but visa stamp on 27th of Feb. usually the visa stamp is done before DM but I found different in my case.. Anyway finally long wait is over..

see tha case of manakamana g his DM on 12th feb and he got his pp on 3rd april .
so don't worry! there is little bit delay in ur case but u will get ur pp with maple stamped ok.
