medical before visa application or after....which one??

should medical for visa application be done beforehand or should i apply for visa application first and then wait for the medical call.

PS : i'll be applying under SPP

but pre-med is not applicable for all countries... i think, student from some countries can go for pre-med and some can't... just check it before you apply...
