Medical and requested documents done

My PR application is in process now they ask for some documents with medical and PCC so any idea about how long it takes for landed once they received it ?
My application is inland
Please anyone with same process ?

When you send the application? And when they start processing?

It depends when you sent your applications and how long you have been in Canada or in your country of origin.

I send them in February 2016
They start processing on 1 June 2016 and on 29 July they ask for these additional documents so I didn't send them anything back yet

Why you didn't make medical firstly before the court?
Aren't you refugee?

Yeah I am
Now a days they ask for it when & if they need medical for people like me as they send paper with barcode on it so we take this paper to authorize panel physician and they send direct to them and I'm done this too
I check it out they have received it today
