Medical and entrance to Canada

Sorry guys not sure how to formulate it correctly, but I just received ITA and not sure about next steps as yet.

Do I need to submit Medical examination along with all the paperwork for PR when accepting ITA? And thenfor example if I do my MEdical exam in April, it will be valid until APril 2019? so let say if I get PR in August -September ( 6 months from now) I will have to enter Canada before April 2019 ( when medical is due to expire)
IS that how it works?

1 - You must submit your medicals along with your e-APR.
2 - Yes, they are valid for a year.
3 - Usually you'll be given until the medicals expiry date to finish the landing process.
