medical admissibility and misrepresentation

My left eye is lazy since birth and I can hardly see anything from my left eye .Right eye is -1.75 and I wear vision glasses and can see read write and drive comfortably will I be rejected in medical due to medical admissibility because of my left eye weakness and since I have not mention this in the form where they ask if you have any disability as I never thought that this will count under medical disability will they consider this as misrepresentation please advise

This is not a problem at all.i also have a lazy right eye from birth.i never mentioned it on the form but it was noted during the medical.i passed the medical
