MDU Rohtak Transcripts mailing to WES

Will MDU Rohtak agre to mail the transcripts directly to WES ? As the rules have changed , and now that WES does not accept the docs from a person and only accept from the university directly , i want to be sure if MDU Rohtak would be ready to courier them directly?

WES Credential Evaluation was my top priority task. I requested my brother in vain to get the transcripts from MDU. That’s when I started my search for transcript services.
