Which level did u get admission in? I have been admitted in Undergraduate Engineering with $3000 scholarship. But it is $3000 is like a joke you knw. We have to apply for loans on Minerva? My request for Entrance Bersury was refused. Do you any knowledge of how can I cut my expense further. I just want $5000 down. The rest Inshallah we will be able to pay. Did you get any on-campus job?

i'm in masters and grad level.
sorry i dont know about the undergraduate programs.

they offer fellowships to the graduate students, some like worth $23,000

my brother is a permanent resident of canada. will that affect my chances of visa?

No it will not your chances of visa. It will not be a plus point or a minus point.

I have applied to the McGill M.Eng (Coursework) Electrical Engineering program for Winter 2013. Can anyone rate my chances:

B.Eng CGPA: 3.01/4.0
Toefl iBT: 115/120
GRE-General: 1310/1600
A-Levels: 3A's O-Levels: 7A's
No research experience.

I know that getting accepted is far fetched but is it worth giving a shot at?

Thanks.

You have good chances of being accepted. When did you appear in GRE? It seems it was long time ago.
