I think you intend to apply for September. Yes, almost all colleges have closed for September but, still some colleges may reopen after some time. So keep an eye.

dear, tell me bsc student can apply in wireless telecommunication course in humber college?
Depends on subjects chosen in B.Sc and past professional experience (if any). For example, I had Physics, Chemistry and Maths in my B.Sc and when I applied to a similar program at ISI Montreal and cambrian, I only faced rejection.
But still I managed to get admitted in Information systems business analysis at northern college, Pures.

I applied through canada lawyer he said offer letter will come soon
My elder brother is PR in canada. He is touch with this lawyer
One another advice (well just what I think), education agents get exclusive seats in almost every college. So applying through an agent (a good one) might get you an offer quickly. I don't know anything about the lawyers in Canada. If colleges keeps some seats reserved for their clients, then it is perfectly fine.
