may intake refused.....

i applied for January intake on 13December 2015,and i was requested for medicals on the 8th of January 2016 as my class starts on the 11th i passed the medicals and deffered till may on the 1st of April 2016 i was refused after nearly 4monthson the following reasons
1)Travel History
2)Purpose of visit
3)Family ties
4)not sure you will return home after studies..
i applied to seneca college for international business.
i reapplied on 18th of April with more supporting documents
the first application i didnt include any supporting document i only submitted school admisiion letter,school fee reciept and bank statement..
now i have included
I reapplied 18th of April via paper this time and the document I used now where;
1)Admission Letter
2)school fee receipt payment for 2semesters
3)SOP
4)Previous refusal letter from CIC
5)affidavit of sponsor
6)Bank statement
7)Affidavit of return
8)Police character certificate
9)Id cards/local government certificates/passport bio data pages/kindred letters of my brothers/family
10)Certificate of Ownership/Occupancy of my dad property/estate
11)Certificate of office of my dad as a traditional ruler
12)A letter from my dad stating I will inherit the property/estate
13)Property valuation of one of the properties
14)Agreement of tenancy between my dad and the biggest telecommunication company in nigeria (mtn) for portion of his property/estate
15)Transcript
16)Notification of result
17)my brother passport page,visa page and MBA certificate from Coventry university UK to show he studied a came back
18)Upfront Medical.
19)Tax Receipt (landuse charge)
20)My Passport
So dont worry ure not in dis alone;wat course did u apply for?

Applied for software development and database management
Refused for reasons like puprose of visit and purposed study and gap.....
Confused whether if I apply again or not.....ur suggestion plzzz
applied for canada on 28th march and got rejected letter on 13th april.
S.S.C- Gpa 4 out of 5
H.S.C- GPA 4.5 out of 5
Bachelors- CGPA 3.56 out of 4
IELTS- 5.5
I showed Band statement about 21 lac+ 1semester tuition fee. I showed 4 storied Buildind and 52 decimel area in my fathers name and its estimated value is 2.24core. my parents are retired. I admitted in Lambton college-HRM. Source of the income are following
house rent- 45000tk/ month
freedom fighter allownce- 8000/month
Pension- 6500/ month
Homeopathy practice- 50000/month
but i don't show any tax document.
Visa rejection cause are the following:
1) have sufficient and financial resources, without working in canada to pay tuition fees
2) have sufficient and financial resources, without working in canada to maintain yourself and your family
3) have sufficient and financial resources, without working in canada to pay the costs of transporting yourself
4) travel history, purpose of visit, employment prospects in country of residence, personal assets and financial status.
I want to add more money in bank statement and taxation paper. Do i need to change the subject? Should i apply again? Please suggest me What should i do?

Niloy I am sorry. I was asking Sudan about it and about your case I think you need to work on your ielts score
i m really sorry bcoz i couldn't understand that u mentioned sudan.....in my case except ielts what should i improve?
