Before studying in Canada, I was a full time postgraduate student in my home country while I was working as a legal assistant in a law firm. I was entitled intern because every student must complete a 3 month internship. I worked like a full time employee and earned a decent salary for 22 and a half months. This is quite common in my home country.

Is it possible for me get points from this one year foreign work experience? If yes, what documents should I prepare and what should I specially pay attention to?

I am afraid if I will take the risk of being rejected if the authority finally deny considering this as working experience. What will be the worst to come if I am rejected because of this?

Thanks for replying.
