Well so sorry to hear that.. but refusal are not per se permanent.. I would suggest you go for GCMS notes and try to find out specific concerns of the VO which you are not able to overcome, address those with suitable answer and evidence whenever you decide to file for a TRV in future.

I would say order GCMS notes and not leave it. I have a feeling that the purpose of travel is what matters most.
In any case its good to know what the actual concern they have. It will be good to know for future purpose at least
