I have uploaded my documents on CIC online, for Study Permit application on the 16th May 2013. I did my medical examination on the 3rd July 2013. On the 31st July, I found out that my visa documents were posted to the wrong office(Beijing), so I emailed Beijing Embassy to transfer my documents to the High Commission of Canada, Singapore. I have not received any news of my application documents since.
