Hi ..there are cases where the medicals have been extended..

Do they send an email letting the applicant know that it's been extended? Do they extend it once it's expired only?

Give them a call and if you get a cooperative agent ..you may get lucky .. also, write to them and see whats the response

Tried calling them yesterday but couldn't get through as lines were busy. Any way to connect with NDVO directly over a call?

Send an email to your LVO, i have done this thrice but got the same rply that background check is in progress. Once your medical will expire, your medical status will automatically change. They dont notify if they have extended. Unless you get the pass status again. I dont know where the applications of peiple like us are lying, because we dont get a single update since oct 2017.

I've emailed them quite a few times but they did not respond. I have been waiting for an update since Oct too as that was the time they had requested additional docs which I submitted the very next day on 18th Oct. After that there has been no activity/update.

Same here. They asked for schedule A which i submit on october 5. Best of luck mate. Hope to get it sooner now

They don't notify about extension of your medical. My advice to order GCMS notes, notes showed me that my medicals were extended.

I ordered my first GCMS on 12th Jan and got it in 29 days. I guess I'll order it once again. Thanks!!

Probably yes. I had the same experience when i ordered gcms noted.

We were verbaly informed and our Medicals still say Passed... waiting for GCMS notes to get the clear picture

Can you please help me to understand, also my medical show that validity is until 2018/04/03 thant mean my medical was not extented, thanks

Not sure if we are in SS. Haven't ordered GCMS notes. We have emailed CPC until now and they have always replied that our application needs additional verification but our additional documents changed to Not Required on 27th Feb 2018.

We emailed them again this week, haven't heard from them yet.

Our details are as below:
AOR - May 26th , 2017
Medicals Passed
Additional Documents changed to Not Required on 27th Feb 2018
Background Check has been in IP2 since August 1st,2017

We are still waiting

Same situation, its just they dont say we need additional verification, instead say that background is in process. God knows whats goin on
