To create an account, you need:

your unique client identifier (UCI); your application number; access to the email address in your application.

If you provided your representative’s email address in your application, they’ll check your status for you.

Since I couldn’t access my citizenship application tracker, I called IRCC and was informed that I’m scheduled to take the citizenship test between August 28 and September 26. I’m still waiting for the test invitation email. They also said that my background check is still in progress.

The IRCC agent also confirmed that the tracker is still down.

For those who have received their AOR and, like me, are unable to access the tracker, I suggest calling IRCC to get an update. It definitely gave me peace of mind.
