Question. We only had to upload the front of our citizenship picture and then manually enter the info right?

I got my first application returned because they didn’t accept the photo, and resubmitted everything at the end of May. Thanks!

Caa. No clue what the issue was and ircc wasn’t able to tell me. So I’m hoping others can share what they did.

Although I got test invite and took the test in the window period already, tracker still shows "Not Started" in the citizenship test section now. Everything else shown as "In Progress" since tracker activation

How many days do I need to wait before creating a tracker? below is what I got when I tried to create a tracker account now.

Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

I got AOR on August 20 in the morning but I am still unable to create a tracker account. I got this message every time after UCI and application number input: "Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet."

Same with me, after receiving AOR I received fingerprint request. Don't know where I am standing.

I think this started happening after the tracker went back, people who started getting AOR around Aug 14 can't access the tracker and no one is getting any updates.
