Hello Everyone, I need to know about the supervisa processing time for my parents. They have USA visitor visa. Does it affect their processing time? Please share your experience whos parents apply for supervisa with valid USA visa and get quicker PPR in compare to normal processing time. TIA

Applied and got approval on supervisa back in 2022. Passport expiring now. Need new supervisa application. Question is whether we need PCC from India?

My in-laws supervisa application is in process since May 2025. It is stuck at background check, which I assume is because of my FIL police background. What options do I have here?
Some of the things that come to my mind are-
1. Apply for MIL visitor visa alone
2. Apply for FIL visitor visa alone
3. Apply for mandamus
4. Order gcms notes
