Thank you for your response. Its been 3 months since submission still the file is lying in Primary VO (only AOR received) without BIL, MIL but tracker says BCG is in progress; Biometric is in progress; Eligbiliy and Medical - Not started.

Does it sound normal

I did call them, updates aren't helpful. All they are saying is it is in progress

Just got an update in GC Key saying my file was transferred to the New York Visa Office. Not sure if this is good news or not.

I am just asking for the last time before I make my own decision. Should I put the name of the person I am authorizing to submit and collect my passport on the line in yellow, or on the line in orange?

Hi. What did you end up doing? I believe both the lines will have that person’s name whom you are authorizing.

Because outside VO may work on a different timeline than other applicants who applied outland. Many of the applicants who get bil/mil quickly are at Mississauga. Have you received a sponsor letter yet? Usually the application moves to a new VO after that. Almost all applicants will be at Sydney until after then.

Yeah, my BIL and MIL came while my VO was in Mississauga. Now, my file has been transferred to the VO in New York City.
