Thank you for your response. Its been 3 months since submission still the file is lying in Primary VO (only AOR received) without BIL, MIL but tracker says BCG is in progress; Biometric is in progress; Eligbiliy and Medical - Not started.

Does it sound normal

For India's residents it's a little longer than the average.

I did call them, updates aren't helpful. All they are saying is it is in progress
