Which visa office ? Me too last update 30 Aug ,Fingerprint request in July ,after 2 post update last was 30 Aug ,but nothing changed visa office Sydney

Does anyone have the fax number for the Citizenship Program (Grants) – Case Processing Centre, Sydney (P.O. Box 12000, Sydney, NS B1P 7C2)?
I completed my fingerprinting on July 30, 2025, and the RCMP confirmed that the results were mailed to out on August 5, 2025. I spoke with IRCC customer service today, says no results have been received under my name. This is really frustrating. The officer I spoke with provided a fax number but later confirmed it was invalid.
Please any help or updated info would be greatly appreciated!

I am early November and I also have not received the email. I think it can come anytime upto a week before.
