I noticed you applied for 2 adults. Did you send an invitation to the other adult, or did you apply separately? I sent an invitation to my spouse and completed everything (although we haven’t submitted the application yet), but the status still shows "invitation pending." My spouse has already accepted the invitation, but there was no prompt to answer the secret question during accepting invitation. I’m a bit confused about that. Could you please share how you went about it?

Yes i did send an invitation to the other adult, the other adult need to accept and start the application on his/her end and after completing all the document you can now submit all together.

Thanks. Yes, I already did that, and the other adult accepted and filled in all the details. However, on my end, it still shows as “pending,” as if they haven’t accepted the invitation yet. When they accepted, it didn’t prompt for the answer to the secret question either, which made me a bit concerned. I’ll check again this evening and try resending the invitation if needed.

Log off from the application. There is an option to resend the request, which will trigger a new email notification to the group member, and the member has to follow the same process, i.e. click on the new link. It happened to me as well, and after the second request, my family was able to enter the password, and the summary section was updated

I tried that as well, but it didn’t work. I even used a different email ID, but the other applicant wasn’t prompted to answer the secret question. I'm not sure why it's not working.

Update: It has now been linked. I initially expected it to prompt for the secret answer automatically upon login, but I realized we need to go through the "Check Your Action" tab to enter the answer, which then triggers the applicant linking process. Now it's time for a final check, then proceed to payment and submission.
