I don't have any other message. The personal consent form is the 4th page of the invitation letter (CIT 0024 E (09 2025) In-person)
That oath form message is what I see in my application history section down below in the tracker page. It shows “Activity status updated: Citizenship oath,” and above that it says “Oath or affirmation of citizenship form required.” Maybe they’ll give us that form at the ceremony. Since you mentioned you already have your oath ceremony scheduled, I was wondering if you see the same thing in your tracker. Anyway, your ceremony is two days before mine, so please let me know if they give you that form on the day of the ceremony.

I am a 25th June AOR currently outside the country until the end of December. My last application update was test completion update on 24th September. BG was already complete.
Pin drop silence ever since. Waiting for LPP.

I have just submitted a web form.
Would you suggest applying for GCMS notes? How much time does those notes take to get back, if anyone knows?
Me being out of Canada since October, do you think that could have delayed the processing?

Just anxious at the moment tbh.

Thanks.
GCMS notes normally take about four weeks.

the form is attached in the email they sent me for the virtual ceremony. Instructions say to sign it and email it to them immediately after the ceremony is finished

Sounds logical that they sent you the form by email since it’s a virtual ceremony for you.

All it says is that they will verify our certificate choice. For those of us who opted for the e-certificate, there won’t be a paper certificate at the ceremony, and I don’t think they can produce a paper version right away during the ceremony.
I actually emailed them regarding this and got the following reply:
"All certificates for in-person ceremonies are changed to paper certificates and prepared accordingly."

Thank you for the update. It would be great to receive the certificate on the same day. Excellent !!

I doubt the fact that you are out is the reason. GCMS notes takes 2-4 weeks usually, but can get delayed. I feel its useful to know some info and if there is something holding you back. I used the info as reference to request assistance from my MP and that got my case moving forward and it only costs 5$ so it doesn't hurt to get it.
Hi Alysson, could you please shed light on exactly how MP assisted you in moving your case forward? Did your MP make a mere inquiry with IRCC, or did the MP request that IRCC expedite your processing? I am also considering reaching out to my MP. Your guidance will be invaluable. Thanks.

AOR: June 05, 2025
Test passed: July 24, 2025
Background passed: August 28, 2025

Has anyone experienced this "Grant interview ready" note? Will the interview necessarily happen? If yes, possibly when? Any information or insights will be helpful.

Thanks a lot, really

Any updates from folks who are from Kitchener / Waterloo / Cambridge who got all their steps completed except oath ?

They didn’t tell me what they did or how, but they reached out to IRCC on my behalf. Some cases it works, but others tried it and got nothing or were stated to wait for the expected wait time before they could reach out. Depends how much resources they are willing to give.

What information from your GCMS notes did you use to ask your MP what they could do to help?
