Hi Guys, can anyone who has taken the test or about to take it recommend reliable sources to study for the test? Also is it possible to pass with just doing practice questions without reading study guide? Thanks

Read the discover canada book few times and you can download citizenship app on your smartphone and pay $15 where you can read and practice mock test.

watch the video on YouTube that has over 500 questions. Should be enough for the test. The test is seriously not difficult, I watched that video only and got perfect score

Tracker updated today. Test and LPP completed.

I'm not sure if my email and web form made any difference, but it seems interesting that within 2 days of sending it, the tracker got upddated.
Which email address did you send to please?

Should I be worried that my background check is still in progress? What are your thoughts? Here is my timeline:

Online Application
Application Submitted: May 12 2023
AOR: June 5 2023
Citizenship test given: July 10 2023 (Never received email, just logged in)
Citizenship test completed: July 11 2023 (Updated on July 13 2023 on the portal)

Everything else is in progress and the ceremony has not started yet. No update since July 13th.

I have seen that it takes long for Background check to complete if there is a fingerprint process involved. How come they never asked me and why is it taking too long? I only left the country twice for vacation during my eligibility period. I never committed a crime or anything lol
Please share your thoughts.
Thanks in advance!
Exactly same timeline and test issue as you. My test was completed July 12 and ghost update July 21. Nothing since.

Details please!!
The Oath Ceremony was nothing unusual
  1. Joined the Zoom meeting
  2. They gave intro about the ceremony, played a video about Canada and then put us in a break out room
  3. One person took us out of the room into an 1-1 meeting and made us cut the PR card after verifying the email address, home address, PR Card and driver's license
  4. We were put in breakout room again (this time for around 50 mins), we turned off our video during this time
  5. Another person took everyone out into a group meeting
  6. Played another video on Canada
  7. Made everyone mute themselves
  8. Presiding officer joined, everyone was made to go on mute
  9. Presiding officer read a statement
  10. Everyone made to unmute themselves
  11. Oath in English and French after unmuting ourselves (repeating line by line as presiding officer read it)
  12. We then sang National Anthem following a lyrical video on screen
  13. Another video was played where PM welcomed new citizens
  14. The clerk provided next steps (sign oath letter, send it, apply passport etc.)
  15. Left the Zoom meeting
  16. Signed the oath and sent it to the mail id specified in the oath letter
